This policy explains what personal data Konis Software Doo collects through the ng-crm.app website, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have. The site collects data only when you send it to us through the enquiry form.

02What we collect and why
The enquiry form is the only way the site collects personal data. We use it to answer your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- Full name, company name and e-mail — so we know whom and where to answer.
- Phone and sales team size (optional) — only if you enter them.
- Message content — a description of what you are writing about.
03Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give by sending the message, or on steps taken at your request before a possible contract. We protect the form against abuse (reCAPTCHA and request limits) on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure site.
We process data in accordance with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors from the European Union, with the GDPR where applicable.
04reCAPTCHA
The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects interaction data to tell people from automated requests. Google’s privacy rules apply to that processing. There are no other third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools on the site.
05Local storage
Your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your browser’s local storage and is not sent to us. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
06Retention
We keep messages as long as needed to answer the enquiry and conduct the correspondence that follows, unless a regulation requires longer retention. For abuse protection, the IP address is held only temporarily, in server memory.
07Your rights
Send requests to office@konissoftware.com; we act within the statutory deadline.
- Access, rectification and erasure.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
- A complaint to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
08Data in the NG CRM application
This policy covers only the ng-crm.app website. Processing of the data customers enter into the NG CRM application is governed by the contract between the customer and Konis Software.
